Shipping policy

Digital products only: nothing is shipped

All Quelova products are digital PDF files. No physical item will be mailed to you, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges or waiting for a parcel.

How you receive your files

• Instantly on screen: as soon as your payment is confirmed, download links appear on your order confirmation page.
• By email: we also send the download links to the email address you entered at checkout.

Please download your files and save them to your computer or cloud storage so you always have a copy.

Didn't get your email?

• Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Quelova.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
• Still nothing after 1 hour? Email support@quelova.com with your order number and we will send your files directly. We reply within 2 business days.

Opening and printing

Files open with any free PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. They are designed for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in) and print well on A4 by choosing "Fit to page" in your print settings. If you are buying on a phone or tablet, save the file to your device or cloud storage before printing.
