How do I get my books?

Right after payment, download links appear on your order confirmation page, and we also email them to you. Nothing is shipped. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

I didn't receive the email. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it is still missing after 1 hour, email support@quelova.com with your order number and we will send your files directly.

What exactly do I receive?

Each book comes as two PDF files: a full Color version and an Ink-Saver version that uses much less ink. Bundles include both versions of every book in the bundle.

How many pages is each book?

Every book has 35 pages in total. That includes a Bonus Pack of extra games and keepsakes: 15 pages in Inside the Human Body and Little Learners, 10 pages in Explorers and 5 pages in Feelings & Habits.

What paper size do I need?

Books are designed for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). On A4 paper, choose "Fit to page" in your print settings.

Can I print the pages more than once?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or your own single classroom.

Can I use the books with my class?

Yes. Every purchase includes a Single Classroom License. For several classrooms or a whole school, contact us for a multi-license price. Full details are on our License & Terms of Use page.

Can I share the files with a friend or another teacher?

Sorry, no. Each purchase is for one family or one classroom. Sharing the files is not allowed, but your friend can buy their own copy.

Which book is right for my child's age?

Little Learners is for ages 3 to 5, Feelings & Habits for ages 4 to 8, and Inside the Human Body and Explorers for ages 6 to 10. Younger children can enjoy the older books with an adult's help.

Do the activities need adult supervision?

Activities with scissors, glue, clay, kitchen materials or small cut-out pieces should always be done with an adult.

Can I get a refund?

Because the files are digital, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but if a file is faulty, missing or not as described, we will fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
