1. About these Terms
This website, quelova.com, is operated by Quelova ("Quelova", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our License & Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Our books are made for children, but this website is intended for parents, teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
3. Our products
All products are digital files (PDF) for printing. No physical item is shipped. Printed colors and sizes may vary slightly depending on your printer, paper and settings. We may improve or correct our files from time to time.
Our books are educational resources for general learning. They are not medical, psychological, safety or financial advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
4. Adult supervision
Some activities involve scissors, glue, modeling clay or small cut-out pieces. These activities must be done under adult supervision and are not suitable for children who may put small objects in their mouths.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

All books, illustrations, characters, text, designs and the Quelova name and logo are owned by Quelova and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you buy a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described in our License & Terms of Use. You do not acquire ownership of the content.
8. Things you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense or give away our files, in whole or in part.
- Upload our files to any public website, file-sharing service, marketplace or shared drive.
- Use our content, images or characters in products you sell, or to train or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
- Remove copyright notices or branding from our files.
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose or interfere with its security or operation.
9. Refunds
Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimer
We work carefully to make our books accurate and useful. To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quelova is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
